For your convenience we offer standard shipping.
Standard Ground Shipment: Processing Time + Estimated Transit Times = Total Receiving Your Order
Processing Time: Express shipments are given top priority. Standard Ground order will ship within 24-48 Hours for orders placed on Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday to Sunday will be ship on Monday.
For Ground Service. We calculate shipping & handling charges based on order amount of the merchandise (not include shipping fee):

Express shipment will be processed in 24 hours, not including Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
Please include a physical shipping address on all shipments. FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Express (Air) Shipments
Next Day, Second Day, and Three Day Select
All express shipments are shipped within 24 hours (Not including Saturday, Sunday, and holidays). Orders must be received prior to 10:00 AM PST in order to receive "Same Day" expedited service.

To determine dimensional weight, the length is multiplied by the width and height and divided by the cubic size 194.

Please be advised that we strive to provide our customers with high quality merchandise at most affordable and competitive prices. We don’t generate margin from freight services. Therefore, all returns are handled diligently as stated below:
Returns must be in original packaging and new condition. All returns must be authorized in advance. Daniels Display must be notified and customer must be approved for all returns within 5 days of receipt of goods by customer.
Customer must be approved for Return Authorization Number (RMA) prior to return.
Please email email@example.com to request for RMA number. If return is approved, goods must be received by Daniels Display within 14 days once customer has received the item.
Order cancellations require that the customer contact Daniels Display as soon as possible. If goods have been shipped prior to notification of cancellation, customer will be responsible for shipping charges to and from the customer.
There will be no returns or cancellations for special order items.
Credit and exchanges will be given for returns approved by Daniels Display.
Refunds will not be given. Daniels Display has the right to inspect the items prior to approval of any returns.
No returns will be considered if customer does not notify Daniels Display within 5 days of receipt of goods by customer.
All return requests are approved or disapproved on a case by case basis.
